PAREX can offer a range of warranties to suit your needs. We are able to offer product warranties which cover the Parex render products only and fee-payable insurance-backed schemes providing full quality control and latent defects for complete render system installations. These schemes provide a comprehensive level of protection which can cover periods ranging from 10, 15 & 20 years with the opportunity to extend this term of cover subject to approval. Parex are able to offer this level of cover to all our render systems. To comply Parex and its associated insurance company complete a comprehensive vetting of the proposed application company and pre-inspection of the property followed up with a ‘during’ and ‘post’ inspections of the installation and subject to approval and acceptance are then able to offer this warranty.
Parex’s insurance cover is offered from Day One of the scheme but does have a 6 months defect liability period where the builder must put right faulty workmanship found during or after inspection (It is recommended that customers also check their builder has a “Contractor,s All Risk” insurance policy that provides cover throughout the building works (Take a copy for your records). Parex insurance provides full protection for the costumer and developer without the concerns associated with deferred period schemes which are typically two years.
