Greener Granatech launched

A new more eco-friendly formulation has been applied to Parex’ leading slurry applied BS7533-compliant hard landscaping mortar Granatech.

By using a modified formulation, it has been possible to eliminate a drying process during manufacture, meaning that substantially less energy is now used in the production of the material.

The new formulation has also improved the user-friendliness of Granatech, which is usually applied as a slurry to all types of natural stone paved surfaces faces prior to cleaning off with using a hose or mechanical belt cleaner.

The material is ideal for jointing between natural stone nibs, setts and paving where there is a requirement to provide a complete fill and high strength, durable joint between any gaps.
