Render Pumps

Parex renders are designed to be hand or machine applied. There are a range of diesel and electric machines available from several manufacturers. We have listed below some basic information regarding these machines.

Render Pumps

Render Pumps - Electrical Machines

PFT G4 or G5

Suitable for most Parex bagged renders

Blanc du Littoral
Calcideco
EHI & EHI GF
Maite Monocomposant
Monoblanco
Monorex
Monorex GF
Parexal
Parexbric

Parilien
Parilien Fin
Parinter
Parlumiere Clair
Parlumiere Fin
Parlumiere Moyen
Parlumiere STH
Parmurex
Tradirex

These machines are suitable for all dry pre-bagged materials and will pump up to 50m. If you are pumping mostly mineral renders (cement based, lime based and monocouche one coat) as your core business these are the machines for you. The G4 is the simplest and cheapest of the 2 machines. The G5 has a caddy system which means that the electrical control box can be removed from the machine for security purposes, but the down side is that the box is larger and more complicated. In principle the G4 and G5 offer the same performance. The spray cap that is best for use would be the 12mm diameter, but this can change with personal preference and different materials.

PFT Ritmo Plus M

Suitable for most Parex bagged and Pre-mixed renders

310 Primer
311 Coating
313 Primer
630 Cerastone® & 632 Spraystone™
DPR Sand Fine, Coarse & Smooth
DPR Swirl Fine, Coarse & Multi - Textured

This machine can pump all that a G4 can, up to a maximum of 15m but has the added benefits of being able to pump acrylics such as the Parex DPR coatings. It is a lighter machine, enabling it to be carried more easily and can be dismantled into 3 small sections, making it suitable for transporting in a small van. This machine is suitable even if mineral renders (cement based, lime based and monocouche one coat) is your core business. Even though it can only pump up to 15m, the light weight design allows it to be carried up scaffolds. This machine also comes with a similar spray gun as the G4 but it is recommended that a 10mm diameter cap is used as the air pressure is lower than a G4.

m-tec M300

Suitable for most Parex bagged renders

M-tec advise these machines have a patented mixing principle enabling the materials to be mixed more efficiently. The M300 is suitable for all dry pre-bagged materials with a grain up to 4mm and will pump up to 50m and a height of up to 30m. If you are pumping mostly mineral renders (cement based, lime based and monocouche one coat) as your core business this is an ideal machine to use. The M300 has a large mixing volume, can be broken down into 5 sections for ease of cleaning and transporting and has crane lugs. The spray cap that is best for use would be the 12mm diameter, but this can change with personal preference and different materials.
